Refund Policy

Every label can be previewed for free before you pay. Please check the preview, including serving size, every nutrient line and footnotes, before buying.

We will refund you if

1. You paid but couldn't download your files, and we can't fix the problem within 3 business days of your report.
2. You were charged more than once for the same label.
3. Our software applied a published rule incorrectly. That means the declared value doesn't follow the rule and CFR paragraph that the check sheet names, for the inputs you entered. We'll either send corrected files or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Ask within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@factsready.com with the email address used at checkout, and the date or receipt number. For case 3, also attach the project file (.json).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Waffo. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.

We generally don't refund

• A change of mind after a successful download.
• Changes to your recipe after the 7-day edit window. A later change is a new purchase; see pricing.
• Differences between the calculated values and a later lab analysis. Database values are estimates; see the disclaimer.
• A regulator's, retailer's or printer's decision about your packaging. You remain responsible for your label as a whole.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
